Services
Premium Mobile Services provides customer-acquisition services for car detailing businesses through the Detail Demand Engine: service-mix planning, local paid advertising, lead capture, follow-up and booking support, and outcome tracking. Setup takes seven days. The exact scope is set out in the signed service agreement.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive inquiry responses, appointment scheduling, reminders and service follow-up from Premium Mobile Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings & Communications
A booked call is confirmed once you reply to the confirmation text or email. We may contact you by phone, email or text (where you consented) about your booking and our services. Please give notice if you need to reschedule.
Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules and refund terms are set out in your signed service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding and materials belong to Premium Mobile Services. After setup, the client keeps the entire Detail Demand Engine infrastructure built for their business, as described in the signed service agreement.
Disclaimers & Liability
The site is provided "as is." Results depend on factors including your market, services, pricing, capacity and lead handling. To the extent the law allows, Premium Mobile Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted at trydetailengine.com/terms.
